Emily Phelps - Founder
Emily started her first party planning business in 2020, planning, designing and managing over 400 events by the opening of her first venue, Atelier in Pasadena.
With over seven years of experience in hospitality, event production, and design, Emily has had the privilege of bringing more than 400 events to life. From intimate gatherings to elaborate celebrations, Emily’s work has always centered around one thing: creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.
Emily’s background as an Events Director, hospitality professional, and creative designer has given her a unique perspective on wedding planning. She cares just as much about how a celebration feels as how it looks. The thoughtful details, the natural flow of the evening, the atmosphere, and the moments that become lifelong memories are what make a wedding truly special.

Andrea Deputy - Executive Designer & Planner
With over 13 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry, Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and genuine passion to every celebration she touches.
Throughout her career, she has produced and overseen hundreds of events, ranging from intimate personal celebrations to large-scale corporate experiences. Her professional journey has included roles as a Catering Director, Marketing Director, and Hospitality Consultant, working alongside hospitality brands throughout the Inland Empire to create memorable experiences and elevate the art of gathering.
Every chapter of Andrea's career has been thoughtful and intentional, shaping her understanding of what makes an event truly exceptional. Yet through it all, her heart has always belonged to wedding planning and design.
For Andrea, there is something incredibly special about bringing a couple's love story to life.
